I’m an ICF-accredited executive coach, leadership development facilitator, and organizational development consultant with over 20 years of global experience across a wide range of industries. My work blends deep expertise in systems thinking, team dynamics, and emotional intelligence to help clients accelerate performance and lead more effectively—especially in times of change or complexity.

Through coaching, we also uncover the deeper patterns that often influence behavior—such as early relational roles shaped by family or formative work experiences. Recognizing these dynamics allows leaders to respond more intentionally rather than reenact outdated scripts.


Over the years, I’ve worked with leaders in healthcare, financial services, technology, non-profit, real estate, and the creative industries. My corporate experience includes roles with organizations such as NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Willis Towers Watson, the Federal Reserve Bank, and JPMorgan Chase—often during periods of transformation and disruption


I hold an M.S. in Human Resource Education from Fordham University and a B.B.A. in Management from Hofstra University. I also earned a certificate in Executive Coaching through the iCoach program at the Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College) and advanced certification in Organizational Dynamics and Consulting from the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis & Psychology.


I’m credentialed in a range of leadership assessments, including Hogan, MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and 360, and DDI.
